Requires chainpoint-client version update before can be finished/published.
This PR includes support for spv proof validation using a new function in chainpoint-client,
spvVerifyProofs. This also uses the-bor--btcflag but forverify. Other instructions, including configuration for a compatible lightweight bitcoin node are included in the read me.This PR also reverses a previous update where
evaluate -breturned a prevout and index for btc anchors. Given changes to approach for lightweight verification, txid makes much more sense to show in the output.
